Josh's Peanut Butter Pie

My friend Josh gave me this recipe that is based on a recipe by Emeril Lagasse. I must say that it is rich and so delicious. But, like fudge, make sure you eat just a little bit at a time. Trust me, it will be enough. ;p

Josh's Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients:

1 baked 9-inch graham craker shell
8 oz cream cheese (at room temperature)
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
2 tbsp milk
1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
4 cups heavy cream (whipped with a little sugar to sweeten)
1 cup chocolate sauce
Chocolate shavings
Chopped roasted peanuts
Powdered sugar in shaker
Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (cut up into 1/2 or 1/4 pieces)

Directions:

-Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
-Add the peanut butter, milk, and peanuts. beat mixture until smooth
-Fold half of the whipped cream into the peanut butter/cheese mixture.
-Set aside the remaining whipped cream in the refrigerator.
-Put a layer of chocolate sauce on graham cracker crust.
-Spood the filling into the prepared pie shell.
-Refrigerate the pir for 1 hour or until the pie is set.
-Garnish pie with whipped cream, chopped peanuts, cholodate shavings, powdered sugar, and cut up Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
-Slice and Enjoy!!!
