Matty's Biscuit Burger

One of my recent recipe additions has gotten some attention, Matty's Salisbury Biscuit and today I have made a new recipe using the left overs from that recipe. I found that when I make the Matty's Salisbury Biscuit recipe that I end up with 4 to 6 burgers and 6 biscuits leftover. So, I refrigerated them and decided to find a quick recipe that will allow me to use them.

Ingredients:

1 Leftover Salisbury Burger from Matty's Salisbury Biscuit recipe
1 Leftover Biscuit from Matty's Salisbury Biscuit recipe
2 Strips of bacon (I prefer to use Turkey Bacon because it is healthier)
1 Slice of Cheese

Directions:

- Place 2 strips of bacon or turkey bacon on some paper towels and microwave for 1 min on high.
***The paper towels will soak up the extra grease and make the bacon crispy.***
- Cut leftover biscuit in half and place in toaster for 2 mins
- Microwave leftover Salisbury burger for 30 seconds on high.
- Lightly butter the toasted biscuit.
- Build a sandwich in this order:
**Biscuit Bottom
**2 Strips of Bacon (folded)
**1 Slice of Cheese
**Salisbury Burger
**Biscuit Top
- Microwave for 15 seconds to make cheese soft
- Let cool for a min and Enjoy!!!
