Motivation To Workout Again!

Hello everyone, I have reached a time in my life where I realize the importance of exercise and have rediscovered my motivation to workout. I don't want to be huge like Arnold Schwarzenegger, or as my Mom calls him...Her Arnie. I also don't think I will get ripped like an underwear model, which is fine by me because I see those people and mindless drones of beauty that just make everyone else feel bad about themselves. I just want to lose weight, have more energy, and the athletic ability to do some of the things I have always wanted to do like rock climbing, snow boarding, sports with friends, white water rafting, canoeing down a river, etc...

My life has become a stagnate scheduled event that consists of work, school, stocks, and the occasional night out with a friend or my brother. Don't get me wrong, I love hanging out with my friends and brother. But, I would also love to have a larger range of options opened to me of events I can do. Right now I would love to go to a beach, but the thought of taking off my shirt makes that unobtainable. I want to get to a point where I can take off my shirt and not feel like crawling into a hole while apologizing to everyone around me for exposing them to such a horrible sight.

Wish me luck in my workouts, words of encouragement are welcome, and anyone that wishes to join me for one of the workouts they are very welcome.

  3. yup! that and my wedding dress.. to get the one I want and not need major alterations I need to loose 5lbs in the next month..
